Basic Coatings Emulsion PRO + is a single component oil and water hardwood floor finish and sealer with a light amber tone. This oxidative cross-linking polyurethane is excellent for residential, commercial, and sport wood flooring.

This product is an excellent choice if you’re looking to make the transition from OMUs (oil-modified urethanes) to water-based finishes, or when you want an amber finish that delivers the rich look of traditional oil but with all the advantages of a commercial water-based finish.

Emulsion PRO+ has many attributes of a traditional OMU – ambering, rich tones, ease-of-application, PLUS it has all the advantages of a water-based sealer/finish – speed of application, fast dry times, low-odor, non-flammable, water cleanup, and multiple coats can be applied in one day.
